What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a mobile wallet and digital payment service by Apple Inc. that lets users make payments using their compatible Apple devices. What devices are compatible with Apple Pay? iPhone 7, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 3, Apple Watch paired with iPhone 5 or later

How do I get Apple Pay on my device?

Apple Pay is integrated into the Wallet app, which comes pre-installed on your eligible Apple device. Apple Watch paired with iPhone 5 or later

How do I add my card to Apple Pay?

How do I know once my card is added and ready for use?

You will see a screen pop up notifying you that your card is verified and ready for use or if further action is required to activate your card. Visit Apple Pay Support for additional assistance.

How do I know which card is my default card?

The first card you add to the Wallet app is your default card. To change your default card, use the steps below. On your iPhone: 1. Open Wallet. 2. Touch and hold your finger on the card that you want to make the default. 3. Drag the card to the front of the cards in the Apple Pay section. On your iPad: 1. Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay. 2. Tap Default Card. 3. Choose a new card.

How can I remove a card from Apple Pay?

Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay, tap the card that you want to remove, then tap Remove Card.

Where can I use Apple Pay?

Apple Pay can be used at with several merchants, and the list continues to grow! Check out the complete list of stores and apps. If you're at the checkout and aren't sure whether or not the merchant accepts Apple Pay, just look for one of the Apple Pay symbols.

Is there a fee associated with using Apple Pay?

No, ma’am (or sir)! We do not charge any fees to use Apple Pay.

Can I add my card to multiple devices?

Yes, you can add your card to all your eligible Apple devices.

Can Apple Pay be used for recurring charges?

Unfortunately no, not at the moment.

Is my actual card number used for my Apple Pay transactions?

No. A unique device account number is assigned to your device and a dynamic code is generated for each transaction processed with Apple Pay. Your card number is never revealed to the merchant, leaving you with peace of mind and that new pair of shoes you’ve been eyeing.

What does "contactless payment" mean?

A contactless payment is a transaction that does not require physical contact between your mode of payment (card or mobile device) and the merchant terminal. You can leave the hand sanitizer at home.

What is a device account number?

Apple refers to the digital form of credit and debit cards as the Device Account Number. You can find this number when you tap your card in the Wallet app.

Which Andigo credit or debit cards are eligible for Apple Pay?

All Andigo credit and debit cards and Visa HSA cards are eligible for Apple Pay.

What should I do if my iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch is lost/stolen?

If your Apple device is lost or stolen, call 877.270.7144. You can also go to Find iPhone to quickly put your device in Lost Mode which will suspend Apple Pay payments, or you can wipe your device clean completely. Another option is to log into your iCloud and tap Settings to stop the ability to make payments. Visit Apple Pay Support for additional assistance with removing your card in Apple Pay if lost or stolen.

Why am I being asked to call Andigo to verify my card?

For security reasons, we may need additional verification to activate your card on Apple Pay. If this occurs, please call 877.270.7144 to complete the verification process.

Do you support Android/Samsung Pay?

We are working to implement Android and Samsung Pay in 2017. Stay tuned for more information. In the meantime, Andigo credit and debit cards are currently supported by several mobile wallets, among them Google Wallet, Paypal, LoopPay and LevelUp.
