How can I find out my account balance?

Your account balance is available to you any time, a number of ways:

  • Online banking
  • Text banking (text BAL to 226563)
  • An ATM
  • Automated telephone banking to access your accounts 24-hr. 7 days a week at 847.576.2100 or toll-free 800.537.8245.

How do I print my Andigo statements?

1. Acquire a printer
2. Log into online banking
3. Select Accounts
4. Select eStatements
5. Choose an account and statement date
6. Select "View Statement
7. A PDF will load and from there you can select the print icon to print your statement

What color ink should I use to endorse my checks?

You were the kid who brought an apple for the teacher, weren't you?

This is a brownie points question if we've ever heard one, but it's a good one and there's most certainly an answer: When you're writing or endorsing a check, we'd love you to use a dark permanent ink, preferably black.

How do I make deposits into my account?

Set up direct deposit with your employer:

  • Enroll in eDeposits
  • Use our app's mobile deposit feature
  • Visit any of our branches
  • Use any deposit-taking ATM
  • Visit any shared branch Location
  • Go snail mail by sending your a check with your deposit information to Andigo's Main Office location at 1205 E Algonquin Road, Schaumburg, IL 60196. Please endorse the check(s) by adding the text "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY" above your signature and Andigo account number.

How do I start direct deposit to my account?

Go through your company's HR or payroll department. Just give them Andigo’s routing number (271984311) and your account number to set things up.

If I deposit a check, when will my funds be available?

Up to $1,500 is typically available the same day if the deposit is on a business day.

How much money do I need to open a savings account?

If you're an old pro, follow these instructions:

  • Log into your account
  • Select "Account Services" on the left menu bar
  • Click "Order More Checks"
  • Click on the account you'd like checks for and follow the corresponding instructions
