2) Visit an Andigo branch. At your request, we would deposit the funds into your checking account and send a check from your checking account to the other financial institution in which you want to transfer your credit balance from. OR you can provide the institution name and account and we can send a check OR electronic payment on your behalf.
Just FYI — Balance transfers are treated as cash advances, which means they're fee-free, but interest is charged from the first day the transaction posts to your account.
Common issues: You may not have enough funds available in your account. Did you make a deposit recently? May just be that your account hasn't updated yet. You may be using an incorrect PIN number. If it's a new card, it might not be activated yet. Just go to an ATM and to perform a transaction (e.g., balance inquiry or withdraw funds) or call 866.633.5293 to activate it before you try to use it. The store/site you're trying to buy from may be experiencing difficulty with their equipment (e.g., their system might be offline). The strip on the back may have been de-magnetized, so you'll need to order a new card. Your card may be temporarily blocked by fraud department for possible suspicious activity and needs a verification. Cash advances come with am immediate (no grace period, sorry) 3.00% fee of the transaction amount ($5.00 minimum). Interest charges accrue from the date the cash advance posts to your account until the date it is paid in full, so pay early, often and — whenever possible — in full.
If you know your current PIN (Personal Identification Number) for your Visa credit card, then you can call us (866.297.3408) and we'll customize it for you. If you don't know your current PIN, call us at 847.576.5199 or toll-free 877.270.6392 and request that we mail you a new PIN.
They're all your points. Mix and match as you'd like. When you are ready to redeem your ScoreCard reward points just call us at 847.576.5199 or toll-free 877.270.6392 or if you're feeling #throwbackthursday, you can fax, snail mail, or personally deliver a request to combine the points: Write a letter stating that you want your ScoreCard points combined. Include the specific card numbers you want combined and your signature. Choose any one of the following options for delivery to us:

2) Bring it in to your local Andigo branch

If your kiddo is under 18, she/he will need to have a joint account with an adult. There's also the option of a UTMA (Uniform Transfers to Minors Act) account, in which the parent is holding the funds for the benefit of the minor until they reach a certain age, so the minor does not have access until that age, and therefore can not have a debit card. If your child is over 18, we'd be happy to set up a regular ol' account for them.
Plan on 10-14 days, but we'll do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible. Scout's honor.
When you contact us at 847.576.5199 or toll-free 877.270.6392 to let us know you need a PIN, we'll randomly generate a PIN that will be mailed to your address on record with us. Once you receive your PIN in the mail, you have the option to customize your PIN by calling 866.297.3408. You'll need the current PIN we've mailed you in order to create a custom PIN.
Request a new debit card at a branch or give us a call us at 847.576.5199 or toll-free 877.270.6392. It'll take 7-10 business days to arrive once the request has been approved, but for a $15 fee we can get it to you in two days. Just know there's an additional $15 fee to expedite the PIN.
To activate your Andigo Debit Card or HSA Debit card:
Option 1: Call 866.633.5293 from the phone number you have on file with Andigo and follow the prompts. This is our favorite option. It's the most convenient for you.
Option 2: Use your debit card with your PIN at any ATM or retail location.

. If it's your first time and you need to create a login, you'll enter your name, your 16-digit card number, zip code and email address. You'll need a separate login for each card if you have multiple Andigo cards.
Once you're in, you'll have a treasure trove of awards fun to play with. You can: View your point balance • Search and view both merchandise and travel awards • Create wish lists, lest you forget what your heart desires • Redeem points online for merchandise and travel awards • Update your profile and find out about any ScoreCard rewards offers
You can apply online by filling out an application or by calling us at 847.576.5199 or 877.270.6392. You'll talk with an Andigo Loan Officer who will gather and process all the info needed and then we'll let you know if your credit line has been approved via email or phone call. If you're good to go, you'll have your credit line the next business day.
If you can vote, you can get a debit card. If you're under the age of 18, you can open what we call a custodial or UTTMA account that's requested by a parent or guardian. If you're under 18 and want to open a checking account, give us a call at 847.576.5199 to discuss opening a minor account.
Your money's no good here, friend. Unfortunately it's a points-only rewards system, so you need the right number of ScoreCard Reward points in your account to redeem the award you want. Points aren't available for purchase.
Pretty much anywhere, yeah. To be sure, let us know where you're heading and when before you travel by sending us a secure message in online banking
or calling 877.270.6392, and we'll make sure you don't run into any issues. Rule of thumb is that your card is accepted wherever Visa is accepted.
1. Pay online
: Click "My Accounts" link under the "Transfers" heading on the left menu bar. Then set up a transfer from your Savings or Checking account to your Visa account to make the payment. Payments are posted the same day as long as you schedule it by 5:00 pm CST.
2. Pay by mail: Send a check payable to Andigo-Visa at PO Box 4521, Carol Stream, IL 60197-4521, including your account number on the check. It takes about five days for mail delivery, so don't wait until the week it's due if you can avoid it.
3. Pay by phone: Call us at 847.576.5199 or 877.270.6392 and select option 3 and then option 1.
4. Pay in person: Find and visit any of our branch locations
5. Pay from another institution: You can do this one time, or recurring by clicking "Credit Card History" on the left menu bar. Make sure your pesky pop-up blocker is disabled and then click "Submit." Your Visa information will appear in a separate window. Then click "Payment" to make payment from another institution.
We're just being extra cautious for security reasons. If you got a new card because your old card was lost or stolen, we'll issue you a new PIN as well. The PIN should arrive within a few days of receiving your card. We send them separately to be super cautious. If it's been more than a few days and you haven't received a PIN or you can't remember it, give us a call at 847.576.5199 or toll-free 877.270.6392 and we'll send you a PIN reminder.
Immediately contact Visa at 800.500.1044 to report your Visa Debit Card as lost or stolen. They'll block your card to make sure no one makes any further transactions on it. Then to order a replacement card, just call us at 847.576.5199 or toll-free at 877.270.6392.

1) Log into your account via online banking and click on the Visa link
2) In the Current Account Summary box, click View Transactions
3) From the Previous Statement Activity link, click on the drop down button and pick the month you want to review.
4) You can print the statement by clicking on the print button.
