My Andigo Visa credit card or debit card doesn't work, what is the problem?

Common issues: You may not have enough funds available in your account. Did you make a deposit recently? May just be that your account hasn't updated yet. You may be using an incorrect PIN number. If it's a new card, it might not be activated yet. Can my child have a debit card?

If your kiddo is under 18, she/he will need to have a joint account with an adult. If your child is over 18, we'd be happy to set up a regular ol' account for them.
