How do I view my 1099 statement online?

1. Log into online banking 2. Go to Accounts 3. Go to eStatements 4. Choose the account and statement date 5. Under Document Type choose Tax Forms 6. Choose View Statement

How is the payment made from Andigo's bill payment service sent to my payee?

Usually we send bill payments electronically. The minority are paid via two types of mailed checks: 1) Corporate check, which is a guaranteed fund check from the money that has been withdrawn from your account via Bill Payment 2) Personal check, which is a regular ol' a check that looks just like a personal check sent by you. We can tell you how we've sent payments in the past if you call us at 847.576.5199 or toll-free 877.270.6392, but just a head's up, we can't tell you with certainty which future payments will be made electronically or by check.

How do I change my password for Andigo's online banking?

1. Log into online banking 2. Select Preferences 3. Select Modify Security 4. Select Change Password 5. Enter your old password and a new password following the password requirements

What if I forget my username for Andigo’s online banking?

Happens to the best of us. Just give us a call at 847.576.5199 or 877.270.6392 and we'll jog your memory. Can't help you with those missing car keys, though, sorry.

How do I use Andigo's online banking?

Just create a login and password and it's pretty straight forward from there. You'll be able to view your transaction history, make transfers, view your statements, pay bills and lots of other stuff. If you want to study up, we've got a few user guides that'll help you ace our non-existent online banking test.

If I enter an incorrect password, will I be locked out of accessing my account online?

Only if you do so three times in a session and even then it's an easy thing to fix, just call us at 847.576.5199 or at 877.270.6392 to unlock your account. But before it gets to that point, you should use the "Forgot your password?" checkbox on the login page. We'll send you a temporary access code verification process to reset your password, which is faster and easier than unlocking your account.

How do I add or change my Secure Access Code numbers or e-mail addresses?

Five quick steps: 1. Log into online banking 2. Select Preferences 3. Select Modify Security 4. Select Secure Delivery 5. Either add a new method by selecting New Email Address, New Phone Number or New text Number and entering the correct information or edit an existing method, by selecting Edit next to that number

How do I send money to someone that is not a member of Andigo?

Use our Popmoney tool. Not just a cool name. 1. Log into online banking. 2. Select "Send money to a non-member" 3. In the top navigation, select Popmoney 4. You can send to someone via their phone, email or bank account number and routing number. Fill out your method of choice, amount, select a send date, the account you want to pay from, enter a message to recipient if you'd like and select "Continue" 5. Review payment details and select "Send payment"

How do I sign up for Andigo's online banking?

It's arguably easier to enroll in online banking than microwaving mac 'n' cheese. You'll just need to provide us with some info: Your Andigo account number • Your social security number • Your birth date • Your desired username Yup, that's it. Go ahead and enroll away.

How do I enroll in text banking?

1. Make your way to the Text Enrollment page via Settings in online banking 2. You'll see a toggle on the Text Enrollment page: Select "On" 3. Enter the phone number that will be receiving your banking texts in the SMS Text Number field. 4. Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy 5. Select the "Agree to Terms" check box and hit "Save" 6. In the Enrollment Successful message, do one of the following: • Select Close to close the Text Banking settings. • Select Visit Preferences to configure account preferences for text banking.

Can I transfer funds between different Andigo account numbers?

Can I transfer money from my Andigo account to an account at a different bank?

Sure you can! Here's a couple options: 1. Enroll in our Bill Payment service by clicking on Pay Bills within the right-hand navigation when you log into online banking. 2. Request a wire transfer via online banking or by calling us at 847.576.5199 or 877.270.6392

How do I transfer money to a non-Andigo account?

1. Log into online banking. 2. Select Bill Payment in left hand navigation. 3. Select "What else can I do?" on the bottom right. 4. Select "Transfer Money" in the top navigation. 5. Select "Add an Account" to add the account that you would like to send to and fill out the information on that page. 6. Wait two business days for us to make two test deposits into that account. 7. Search your account for those two test deposits and enter the two amounts on this site to add the account. 8. Once the account is verified, click "Transfer Money" in the top navigation. 9. Enter the to and from accounts, amount to transfer, and the date you want to transfer and select preview transfer. 10. Verify the transfer details and select "Make Transfer."
